100+ Appointment Requests. Ten Sold Vehicles.
A Paramount Showroom Event is one fully managed campaign powered by two specialized AI agents that split the work 50/50. The Campaign AI Agent runs the 50% CRM activation half: it analyzes customer and vehicle history and buying-intent signals, uses AI-assisted audience selection to find the likely buyers already in the dealership CRM, brings them back into the market, works the conversations, books the appointments, and records every activity through CRM writeback. The Meta AI Agent runs the equal 50% Meta acquisition half: it uses AI-powered local shopper targeting to reach new local shoppers who are not in the database, through one managed Meta campaign carrying three distinct promotions. Both agents feed one appointment calendar and one sales scoreboard across seven active campaign days, and Paramount checks guests in at the door and tracks the sold vehicles through the dealership CRM and DMS. Our goal for every seven-day event is 100+ appointment requests, and The 10-Car Promise covers ten verified sales.
Two audiences. One packed showroom.
The campaign is designed as 50% CRM activation and 50% Meta acquisition. The Campaign AI Agent brings back the customers already in the dealership CRM. The Meta AI Agent reaches new local shoppers on Meta. Both sides run into one event, one calendar, and one scoreboard. CRM records stay separate from the Meta ad targeting, and the CRM list is never the Meta target, so the two audiences stay separate the whole way through.
Campaign AI brings them back. Meta AI finds new buyers.
This is a 50/50 demand strategy powered by two equal demand engines, not a CRM campaign with ads added on. On the 50% CRM activation side, the Campaign AI Agent analyzes customer and vehicle history and buying-intent signals and uses AI-assisted audience selection to pick up to 10,000 past buyers, service customers, and unsold leads out of the dealership CRM. We clean the list and respect opt-outs before a single message goes out, then work them with up to 30,000 calls, texts, and emails, where each customer can get an email, a text, and one call or voicemail. On the equal 50% Meta acquisition side, the Meta AI Agent uses AI-powered audience targeting to reach a separate group of new local shoppers who are not in the dealership database, through one managed Meta campaign that carries three distinct promotions. Both sources feed one appointment calendar and one sales scoreboard, and actual response and sales are tracked by source as they happen.
The 10-Car Promise
The promise is ten verified campaign-attributed retail sales, not ten appointments. New local shoppers brought in by the Meta AI Agent and CRM customers brought back by the Campaign AI Agent count the same, and sales from both sources fill the same 10-Car scoreboard so the team can watch the count.
The appointment request goal
Every campaign is built around a target of 100+ appointment requests across the seven active campaign days. That is the goal Paramount runs the event against. The 10-Car Promise covers verified sales, not appointment volume.
One campaign, built in the language the store picks
Paramount builds the dealer-branded event page, the three distinct promotions the Meta AI Agent carries on Meta, and every email, text, and call message the Campaign AI Agent works. Paramount also plans, places, and manages the Meta media. The store picks English, Spanish, or both, and every ad, email, text, and call follows that choice.
Campaign AI Agent works every conversation until the appointment is set
The Campaign AI Agent handles the texts and calls, answers what customers actually ask, follows buying-intent signals, and books the requested appointment time. The Meta AI Agent keeps AI-powered audience targeting in front of new local shoppers, and its ads and the campaign emails send them to the dealer-branded event page. When a customer is ready to buy right now, Paramount sends a hot lead alert to the CRM so someone at the store picks it up. CRM writeback keeps the record complete: calls, texts, emails, appointments, and notes write back to supported CRM systems, and managers watch the whole event live in TrafficDriver.
We handle the entire event campaign
Audience. Creative. Outreach. Appointments. Check-in. Sales tracking. One team runs the Campaign AI Agent audience selection and conversations, the Meta AI Agent campaign and its three Meta promotions, the event page, every message, the confirmations and vouchers, the reminders and reschedules, QR check-in at the door, live TrafficDriver reporting, and the 10-Car scoreboard.
Monday builds it. Thursday through Saturday sells it.
Every Showroom Event runs seven active campaign days. About 90% of planned outreach and ad activity runs Monday through Thursday, so the appointments are already on the board when the main event runs Thursday through Saturday.
Confirmations, check-in, and sold vehicles
The moment a time is booked, a confirmation email and a text voucher go out, and reminders follow the night before and the day of. If a customer misses the appointment, Paramount works to get them rescheduled. At the door, camera-based QR voucher scanning checks guests in, and sold vehicles are tracked automatically through the dealership CRM and DMS into the 10-Car scoreboard.
What we need to launch
A supported CRM connection, a usable customer list of past buyers, service customers, and unsold leads, an offer and creative the store approves, inventory and a staffed sales floor for the main event days, and CRM and DMS access so the sales can be confirmed.
